First Priority Title of Texas has signed a long-term lease at the French Quarter Business Park located at 7113 FM 2920 Suite 200. This marks the 5th location for First Priority Title of Texas. Zach Rogers with Foldetta Commercial represented the Tenant.
AutoZone New Location
Ross Foldetta with Foldetta Commercial represented the Seller in a pad site to AutoZone at the Walmart Neighborhood Market anchored shopping center at the corner Cypresswood Drive and Aldine Westfield. Additional pad sites are still available, as well as preleasing of a +/-13,000 SF shopping center.

Mattress By Appointment has leased 1,606 SF at 3401 W Davis Street, Conroe, TX. This will be the 8Th location for Mattress by Appointment in the Greater Houston Area. This was handled by Foldetta Commercial.
