Zach Rogers has lived in north Houston since 1990 and brings a history of entrepreneurialism from his past positions in both global and local markets. His experience with international consumer goods trading gave him insight into the global markets, however, a passion for small business paved the way for him to own and operate a nationally franchised childcare for nearly 5 years before selling in 2019. By participating in the development of his childcare franchise, Zach has a unique perspective and broad view of “the real estate process” including site selection, construction, development and business operations. Successfully growing, marketing, operating and then selling a small business enhances Zach’s capacity for consultative representation for tenants, buyers or investors.
Zach is a graduate of Baylor University where in 2012 he earned a BBA in Entrepreneurship while serving in student government for four years and served as the Student Body President. Additionally, Zach was a Waco City Council member for two years as the ex-officio liaison between Baylor University and the city of Waco.
Zach’s wife, Adrienne, is a fifth-grade teacher in The Woodlands. Zach and Adrienne have attended WoodsEdge Community Church since 2012 where they lead a Sunday morning class in addition to weekly small group gatherings for young married couples. Zach enjoys golf, travel, and grilling a good steak.
