Ross Foldetta with Foldetta Commercial represented the Seller in a pad site to AutoZone at the Walmart Neighborhood Market anchored shopping center at the corner Cypresswood Drive and Aldine Westfield. Additional pad sites are still available, as well as preleasing of a +/-13,000 SF shopping center.
