12001 Kimberly Trace Purchase

Sean Smith with Foldetta Commercial represented the Buyer (Helios Digital Packaging) in the purchase of commercial property at 12001 Kimberly Trace, Conroe.  The property included a +/- 5,000 SF of flex building on 4.9 acres of land.  The new ownership of the property will be relocating their operations from Harris County to Montgomery County.
