Marco’s Pizza New Lease in Conroe, TX

Congratulations to Marco’s Pizza on their expansion into The Conroe Area.  The new location is at 3000 W. Davis adjacent to Conroe High School near I-45 and Highway 105.   They plan to open in the 2^nd Qtr of 2021.   Terrie Smith & Jeff Swearingen represented the Landlord in the transaction.
