Congratulations to Marco’s Pizza on their expansion into The Conroe Area. The new location is at 3000 W. Davis adjacent to Conroe High School near I-45 and Highway 105. They plan to open in the 2nd Qtr of 2021. Terrie Smith & Jeff Swearingen represented the Landlord in the transaction.
