BG Hair Salon & Spa leased 2,800 SF at 525 Sawdust Road, The Woodlands, TX. The growing salon needed more space than their original location and wanted greater frontage on Sawdust Road facing Hobby Lobby. 525 Sawdust was represented by Jeff Swearingen and Terrie Smith of Foldetta Commercial.
