The Goose’s Acre at 21 Waterway Avenue has renewed its 7,386 SF lease for ten years after celebrating 20 years at the location.
The Goose’s Acre is well known as an Irish Bistro and Pub, specializing in a superior casual dining menu, more than 25 beer options, and routine live music on one of two expansive patios as well as inside the main dining area. The Goose’s Acre is also a great place to host an event or meet before a concert at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, located just a short walk away.
The Goose’s Acre was represented by Ross Foldetta of Foldetta Commercial.
Ross Foldetta is celebrating 42 years in The Woodlands, with having spent 20 years with The Woodlands Development Company before leading his commercial real estate brokerage company, Foldetta Commercial, for the past 22 years.
