Ross Foldetta

Ross Foldetta, CPM, is founder and principal of Foldetta Commercial, a full-service commercial real estate company based in The Woodlands, Texas. Founded in 2004, the company provides comprehensive services to clients for tenant lease and/or buyer representation as well as to commercial developments including office, retail, medical, service/flex, industrial and multi-use projects. Services include land sales and/or acquisition, development, leasing, property/asset management and marketing primarily in The Woodlands, Conroe and Houston markets.

Prior to opening his own firm, Ross spent two decades with The Woodlands Development Corporation, developer of the highly acclaimed 27,000 acre master-planned Woodlands community just north of Houston. During his tenure he rose to Director of Commercial Property Management, where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of more than 50 highly successful and award-winning commercial projects totaling some five million square feet.

Over the years, Ross has gained extensive knowledge of the critical issues within the frame work of successful development and management of commercial real estate. His expertise spans a broad spectrum – including site selection/acquisition, conceptual and design, construction, leasing, tenant build-out, property and asset management and marketing. He has worked with a large and diverse group of businesses and individual tenants including Martin-McLean, Woodforest National Bank, CB&I, Lenny’s Sub Shops, Odom Hotel Development Group and Stewart’s Forest, a master-planned community located in Conroe.

A native of Dallas, Ross grew up in the Houston area and attended the University of Houston. He received his CPM (Certified Property Management) designation in 1985. He and his wife, Michelle, are the parents of four adult children and are long-time residents of The Woodlands.
