September 10, 2019: Sean Smith with Foldetta Commercial represented Hokua Holdings, LLC in the sale of a 3,000 SF office-condo at 25511 Budde Road, The Woodlands, TX. The Buyer intends to relocate their financial services to the location in October 2019.
