New breakfast club and family friendly petting zoo concept has leased the 9,644 SF building on 9.3 acres at 10111 W Hidden Lake Ln, Richmond, TX. The new concept is planning to open business in Q3 of this year. Terrie B. Smith and Jeff Swearingen represented the Landlord in leasing the property.
