First Generation Flex Warehouse space at FM 1488 and Bear Branch Lane, Magnolia, Texas – A new HEROES LAWN CARE franchise has signed a lease agreement for +/- 2,000 SF of first generation flex warehouse space at FM 1488 & Bear Branch Lane.  The new tenant required 750 SF of office build-out.
