1-16-20 – Foldetta Commercial sold a 22,600 SF Office/Warehouse property on 2.3 acres at 1423 E. Richey Road near IAH and the Hardy Toll Road. Ross Foldetta and TJ Fry represented the Seller, the buyer is undisclosed.
