Top Tier Tackle has leased a 5,000 SF freestanding building located at 13080 Hwy 105, Conroe, TX. Top Tier Tackle is a locally owned and operated manufacturer of Casting and Spinning Rods. They will continue to expand their product line as well sell third party fishing and outdoor gear. Terrie Smith and Jeff Swearingen with Foldetta Commercial represented the Landlord.
