Tomball Texas Hospital Renewed Lease

Tomball Texas Hospital has renewed a lease at Magnolia Landmark Building.  The hospital occupies a total of 11,396 sf for an emergency center and an imaging center in the building.  Ross Foldetta, Terrie Smith and Jeff Swearingen represented the Landlord.
