Woodlands Gateway Plaza retail center located at 25192 Interstate I-45, Spring, TX sold in November, 2021 to a local investor.  Terrie Smith and Jeff Swearingen of Foldetta Commercial represented the Seller and have been awarded the leasing and management of the property.
