A new Mighty Dog Roofing franchise has signed a lease agreement for +/- 2,000 SF of first generation flex warehouse space at FM 1488 & Bear Branch Lane.  The new tenant required 1,100 SF of office build-out, substantial completion by mid-February 2022.
