Foldetta Commercial proudly announces that Jeff Swearingen has obtained his Texas Broker’s license. Jeff has been with Foldetta since 2018.  He is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Finance and Economics. Jeff assists buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords in their real estate needs while also being instrumental in marketing for the company. Jeff and his wife, Emily, are residents of The Woodlands with their two dogs. Jeff, who played college golf, still enjoys playing and competing in golf in his spare time.
