Burrington’s Outdoor Living has signed a lease agreement for +/- 2,000 SF of first generation flex warehouse space at FM 1488 & Bear Branch Lane.  The new tenant required minimal build-out.  Sean Smith, Foldetta Commercial, represented the owner in this transaction.
