A Houston-based mobile vet service has signed a lease agreement for +/- 2,000 SF of first generation flex warehouse space at FM 1488 & Bear Branch Lane.  The new tenant required a 100% HVAC office/warehouse build-out and substantial completion by mid-March 2022.
