Dan Vertrees began his real estate career as Broker/President and Co-owner/Developer of the largest Gulf Coast Commercial Real Estate Company in Florida managing office, retail, land, multi-family and specialty.
He then transitioned into high level client sales & marketing assignments with Hewlett Packard (20 years) focusing on Fortune 500 as well as Mid-Market and SME companies. Originally from Seattle, Wa., promotions moved him to and from Pensacola, Fl., San Francisco, Ca., Boston, Ma. and now locally in The Woodlands, Tx.
With his national experience and extensive client networking relationships, he is viewed as a “Trusted Advisor” in corporate services, landlord/tenant agency and transaction management.
Vertrees has maintained a Brokers’ license in Florida since 1986 and now has his license from The Texas Real Estate Commission.
Dan is a graduate of Eastern Washington University in Business Management/Marketing along with advanced PMBA courses from Babson College and Darden University.He is a Board of Director and Chairman of the Legislative Committee for Montgomery County CASA. Memberships also include Commercial Real Estate of Montgomery County and South Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce.
A 13 year resident of The Woodlands, Dan and his wife, Debby, have one daughter Shelley who lives in Houston.
