Foldetta Commercial leased 6K to West Company Acquisitions for its Landpoint Land Surveying Company office at 525 Sawdust Road in The Woodlands Texas.  Ross Foldetta represented the Landlord. 

The Woodlands Office Submarket – Poised to Remain Strong

The Woodlands office, one of Houston’s best performing submarkets in terms of demand finished 2018 with a positive absorption and a total vacancy rate of 10.6%, leading all Houston area submarkets in terms of demand over the past year. In Q1 2019, The Woodlands boasted a vacancy rate of 9.1%, one of the lowest out of the five largest submarkets in the Houston metro by total inventory. 

Currently under construction is approximately 280,000 sf of office space, a large percentage comprised of CityPlace 1 and 2 in Springwoods Village, expected to be deliver by mid-2019. An additional 568,000 sf Hewlett Packard Enterprise campus is scheduled to begin construction in late 2019 in Springwoods Village. 

Long term, The Woodlands office is poised to remain one of the strongest submarkets in the Houston metro.

2-06-19 – Foldetta Commercial leased 1,339 SF to Allstate for a local office at 10333 Kuykendahl in The Woodlands Texas.  Dan Vertrees and Jeff Swearingen represented the Landlord.

Ta’Bleyah Mediterranean Cuisine has leased 2,252 SF at 525 Sawdust Road as their 1st location.  They plan to open in April, 2019.  Terrie Smith of Foldetta Commercial represented the Tenant and Ross Foldetta represented the Landlord.

Shearwater Products LLC has leased 5,875 SF for an Industrial Coating facility. Shearwater is a manufacturer of industrial coatings primarily focused on water based coatings. 2606 Industrial Lane was represented by Ross Foldetta and Jeff Swearingen.
